About Dr. Kepic
Dr. Thomas J. Kepic has spent more than four decades shaping the future of periodontics. After specialty training at Indiana University under Dr. Timothy O’Leary, he opened his private practice in Upland, California (1978–2023). As a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology since 1982, Dr. Kepic has led major professional societies, including serving as President of the California and Western Societies of Periodontists, and is now an Adjunct Clinical Professor at the University of Pennsylvania and Indiana University. He is widely respected for combining clinical excellence, research insight, and a collegial teaching style.

Beyond the Clinic
When he’s not teaching or leading, Dr. Kepic enjoys an active life. A lifelong resident of Upland, California, he has been honored as Grand Marshal of the city’s Christmas Parade. He swims daily, attends major sporting events with his son, and competes in ballroom dancing. These passions reflect his belief in balance and community.
